All the states you mention have the official USGenWeb logo on its main page except for Hawaii. The twin territories is a part of OKGenWeb. The USGenWeb logo is at the top of the page for Delaware. The URL on www.usgenweb.org does need to be changed to the new site. Anyway, they were there just a minute ago when I looked.
