The state project has authority and responsibility to remove links to websites which fail to comply with national or state adopted bylaws, rules and policies. Notice must be given and ample time to comply must be allowed as circumstances warrant. Local Coordinator(s) may request an extension of time to comply subject to approval by the state authority.
