Unlike many of the warnings posted on this list that fall under the common law principle of "et caveat emptor", the usgenweb.us, et al, pages clearly pushes the limits of the felony fraud provisions under the United States Code. Heaven forbid, but we may all need to consider some kind of polite disclaimer on our state and county pages regarding our affiliation with usgenweb.org rather than usgenweb.xxx or other "copycats".
