    3. The problem is that some cc's are copying files directly from the USGenWeb Archives without permission of the submitters, who are getting upset. One cc that I know of has copied actual Census images that are copyrighted not only by SK publications, but reformatted by me specifically for the Archives so that researchers can view them for free.     3. It is not so easy to contact the submitters as there are a lot of bad email addresses on the archive pages. I am not saying that taking info off the archives without the permission is ok, it is not, just saying that the address are invalid to get permission. Gail --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
