(**Please forward to all appropriate project lists**) The Bylaws Revision Committee (BRC) has completed a first draft revision for Section 4 and Section 5 of Article VI Election Procedures. Section 4. A majority of those members voting shall elect. No member shall hold more than one voting office at any one time. Unopposed candidates for election shall be announced the winner by acclamation by the EC Chair. In the event of multiple candidates for the same office and no majority is achieved the two candidates with the greatest number of votes shall be candidates in a run-off election. (No changes) Section 5. All members of the Advisory Board, with the exception of the National Coordinator, shall be elected to two-year terms. The National Coordinator shall be elected to a one-year term.
