(**Please forward to all appropriate project lists**) The Bylaws Revision Committee (BRC) has completed a first draft revision for Section 3 of Article VII Advisory Board Procedures. Section 3. The Advisory Board shall utilize "roll call votes". Members are responsible for expeditiously responding to vote calls. The duration of voting time for motions shall be a minimum of 24 hours. The maximum duration shall be at the discretion of the presiding officer, except that the voting period shall not exceed 72 hours.
