It's definitely a browser setting. I don't get any such prompt, and I tried this out with a very current IE (6.0+) and with a very old Netscape (4.75) which is unforgiving of HTML or server shortcomings. Without information on the operating system, browser, and versions of each, it's going to be impossible to even make suggestions. Well, I take that back -- one can always clear the browser cache and history list and see if that fixes things. Otherwise, the visitor is going to need to supply some more information. It might be better if you refer him or her to a local technical resource. Regards, Elsi
