    3. I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but, I've been a whirlwind of meetings and elections lately. Did anyone say if the revised bylaws would be voted on individually or as a whole? Or is that going to be an AB question? I'm seeing them go down in an election, if they are voted upon in their entirity. So many people are against certain portions of them. I'm looking at them from this standpoint. So many rules in a volunteer organization are not good, yet, looking at so many problems that need to be addressed, how can we get away from them? I'm thinking that states should each have a committee to draft their own, as each state is different, yet we must have some standards for the National project as a whole. 3. A revision is voted on in the same manner as the original bylaws. In our case it's all or nothing. See http://home.mchsi.com/~sagitta56/PA.htm at the committee website.
