    3. As best I can recall, the County Spotlights were part of the newsletter that the Project published for a period of time. The newsletter was a lot of wonderful effort and hard work of a very small staff of volunteers. Avenues for promotion of the Project are certainly something that I would like to see actively pursued. Ideally successfully promotion of the Project will come from states, counties and special projects working with the genealogical community to highlight the wonderful work we all do. 3. I think this would be a great idea. As a thought, it could be difficult for a committee to look at every county in every state. So why not let the SC nominate a county then the committee would be the one to decide which county would "win". 3. Is this committee already established or would we as SCs send our submissions to the NC? Christina Sent from my iPhone!
