    3. One of the most important steps is documenting.  Hopefully you have a history of all the time you reached out to try and get a response.   Is it the date not being updated or the data?    One of the stipulations of being a CC is responding and being available.   http://usgenweb.org/volunteers/guidelines.shtml   All Coordinators are expected to respond to public and/or county coordinator inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. ~ Nancy  >> >>BucksCountyHistory >>Bucks GenWeb  >>Northampton  >>Nockamixon  >>Research Library >________________________________ > From: Matthew D. 3. If you have the emails that you have sent him and sent him, then send those to Gerhard and ask that the password for his site be turned over to you. Then Gerhard will try and contact him and if there is no response, Gerhard will issue you the password to his site. Do it the right way, do not take his material off his site, remember the site belongs to the CC's but if he is MIA then Gerhard will help.
