The IAGenWeb project has had conferences in the past although not on an annual basis. We have been talking about having another one and hope a great many of our CCs will be able to come to the next one, tentatively planned for 2015. We generally have a Friday night bar-b-q and then Saturday is full of presentations. We have, in the past, had presentations on CSS, Photo Shop, finding resources and much more. We keep a record of these on our state pages like this one from 2010. http://iagenweb.org/state/ig3c_2010/index.htm They certainly build camaraderie, are great fun and I highly recommend them. Wow - this is very impressive and food for thought for sure. What a great discussion topic. ~ Nancy http://www.PAGenweb.org From: Karen De Groote via <state-coord@rootsweb.com> >To: Taneya <taneya@gmail.com>; state-coord@rootsweb.com >Sent: Sunday, August 3, 2014 10:11 PM >Subject: Re: [STATE-COORD] We had a TNGenWeb meetup - do you do this too? > > >The IAGenWeb project has had conferences in the past although not on an >annual basis.
