******************************Please Share With All Project Lists ************************************ The USGenWeb Project is seeking volunteers to serve on a committee to revise the CC Guidelines and SC Guidelines documents. This committee will consist of no more than five project members from all areas of the membership (county/local coordinators, state coordinators, special project and AB members). The purpose of the committee is to draft a guidelines/standards document to replace the current SC and CC Guidelines in order to better align with Article VI, Section 5 of the Bylaws. This document is actually a precursor for two other agenda items, the administrative responsibilities of State Coordinators/Special Project Managers and the revision of the EC procedures. The committee will report back to the AB with a completed document by 3 Jan 2010 so that the two items mentioned above can also be dealt with.
