Yes, we had the same thing happen to us in NCGenWeb. They told us we were over the limit as well (File Count: 235189) so we ended up buying 2 other accounts and moved the cemeteries, census records, deeds, etc over to the new accounts. It was a huge pain since we have transcribed complete deed books and census records for quite a few counties online along with 100's of cemeteries on a number of sites. We are very disappointed in them over this as well. I couldn't find anything in their policies that states they have a file limit when we first started using their services. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere. I Believe I have found a workable solution that we can pay for through Donations from our CCs. Over half the Indiana Counties are sharing the Ingenweb.org domain. We are currently moving to DreamHost.com with a much higher file limit and The ability to upgrade to VPS for $218. More per year. Are other states having these issues as well? Some of you may want to be aware of this for future reference.
