Gene, I received the same email today. I checked with the Missing and Exploited Children site at: http://www.missingkids.com/ This is not a hoax. I know most requests for help finding living people are not part of what we do. However I am very torn by the ages of the children (3 and 5). I am also very afraid for them as the abductor is also wanted for murder. What these children may have been exposed to at such a young age breaks my heart. I would say that you could choose to post this if you feel it would help. I too checked it out. I put an announcement on the top of the KYGenWeb state page. I also downloaded the scrolling http://www.codeamber.org/ banner and in a few days I'll remove the big announcement and just put the banner on. While I don't approve of the biological parents/children searches, and other living persons, I feel this is a community service. I can just imagine what the mother of these children is going thru, especially with him possibly being a murderer as well. If I can help in any way to save the children I'll do it.
