Yesterday I posted: "I have suspended posting privileges to this list for Derick Hartshorn, North Carolina State Coordinator." I've been reminded that I should have explained the situation more fully. I should have stated that the reason was his use of foul language. I should also have stated that he could have those privileges restored at any time by agreeing to abide by standards of conduct I'd previously posted to the list. In the future I'll be more careful, though I don't expect this situation to come up very often on this list. In most cases a simple private warning takes care of the problem. Sometimes stronger action is necessary and I felt it was in this case. -Isaiah -Isaiah
