    3. Thank you for the suggestion. There is a list that would be better suited but I am banned from posting, or replying to, any message on that list even though it is listed as an open list for all members of the USGenWeb and contains a warning that the list may contain political messages. 3. Hello Billie, May I make a suggestion to you? As a candidate for the position of National Coordinator, you do have the right to ask to be subscribed to every regional list. This post might be more effective to the list that includes the state where you are say these posts are being made. Posting to this list will only reach one person (the SC of that state) who possibly knows what you are referring to and might just offend those of us who don't have a clue and don't appreciate the mud-slinging politics from either side. You can also ask to be subscribed to the state lists. I understand that that does not mean that the State Coordinators will allow you to be subscribed as each SC makes the decision as to whether or not candidates will be allowed to be subscribed during the election. I do allow candidates outside my state to subscribe to my state's list during the election, but only for posting positive posts. You are a member of ARGenWeb and so are already a member of that list. However, I would suggest that you be careful in how you phrase your posts because one complaint from other members of the list and you would on moderated status. And I will say AR folks are kind of prickly when it comes to politics. <G> And THAT was one of MY promises when I became SC - I wouldn't let the AR list become a political mud-slinging arena and they are quick to remind me of that if it starts. 3. It has been brought to my attention that someone is spreading lies about me as a candidate for the position of the National Coordinator. This is about the only avenue I have to respond to those lies. A person has sent a message to a state list that says I have tried to destroy the USGenWeb. It has NEVER been my intent to destroy the USGenWeb. Only to attack those that do not uphold the highest standards with regard to their actions for the USGenWeb. 3. Thanks David. Good to know on contacting Bob. I've had a county in NY for the past nine years and it operates in dead silence. If I didn't do other States, I wouldn't even know about National or that we had yearly elections. So sad but very true. 3. Well, we have made a significant impact on the counties that previously available for adoption. We have had more counties available and a few coordinators have come and joined INGenWeb, and a couple of those folks have taken on another county. From a high at one point of as many as 17 available counties, we now have only 8 needing adoption and several of these have been revamped and updated by temporary CCs. If you have any connections to any of these counties and are interested, you might want to check them out and see if you would like to join INGenWeb. They are: Bartholomew - redesigned Greene - redesigned Knox - updated Madison Owen - redesigned Pulaski - redesigned Spencer Switzerland - redesigned Come check us out.
