    3. On April 21 2014 I sent the below email asking for your updates. So far I have heard back from 9 states. We only have a few weeks to get the updates done and the longer you wait to turn them in the harder it will be for me to get the updates done. If you want all of your CC to have the opportunity to vote you need to get their info into me as well as reminding all of your CC to make sure they are registered to vote. It is also important to make sure that anyone who is no longer a CC with your state is removed so that they do not vote in our elections. Because of the way that we now get voting passwords out it is important that if CC's are sharing email addresses that they make sure that they each have their own primary email address entered into the system. If not they will not be able to get a password so will not be able to vote. Please remember the Data Set will be closed on May 31, 2014 at 12M EDT. Thank you for your help, Gayle From: Gayle Triller [mailto:gaylelt@comcast.net] Sent: Monday, April 21, 2014 3:08 PM To: 'state-coord@rootsweb.com' Cc: 'J. M. Felihkatubbe' Subject: County updates and upcomming elections Hi everyone, We are now into the 2nd Quarter of the year and only have a few weeks to get all the updates done before the elections in July. The EC currently has only two members. Because there are only two of us we are not going to be able to send out 50 individual requests for updates. We are requesting that each of you do your updates using the email form located at http://usgenweb.org/usgwelections/updates.html . If you have no updates please go to the form fill in your state information and state that you have no updates. We need to hear from each state and as soon as possible so that we will have time to get them all done. The system that we use to add and remove members and make changes will be closed at midnight on May 31, 2014 so we will need to have all updates turned in no later than May 24, 2014 in order to insure that there is time to get them all entered. Thank you all for your help. Gayle EC
