Ellen and all .. I have an Access db that I created to maintain the CC's of WI. Hi, everyone - The Election Committee is beginning work on updating the voter lists for this quarter, so you probably will be hearing from your EC rep within the next week or two asking for updates/changes within your state. The NENC Region has already been worked for a couple of months, so if you've sent in something recently, you may be off the hook this time. <g> The EC would ask that everyone help out, please. Your response is the only way we have of verifying who is in your state. We don't want to miss anyone in an election, and we don't want to send passwords out to people no longer in a particular state or region, or even in the project. We'd also like to cut down on bounces, which can number in the scores. Since the EC is sometimes called upon to conduct regional polls off and on throughout a year, it's more important that ever that we maintain a good voter list at all times. It's fine if you just want to just send in the list that you maintain in accordance with the bylaws. You can send it in excel, txt, word, access, etc., or scribbled on a sticky note. <g> Just please send it in. Thanks! Ellen Pack Chair, EC
