    3. I have a suggestion. Why don't the Governor reduce ALL STATE SALARIES by at least 10 per cent and reduce every state office personnel by 5%. Don't close the state archives. It was removed yesterday, as soon as it was reported, as Joy stated, - and just now as soon as I read the emails. The source/hacker has been identified and reported to their ISP.
