I believe that these folks are as follows: James Starr (b. 1833, d. 1901) is the son of Ezekiel and Mary or Polly Upshaw. Jessie B. is Jessie Bell Starr, daughter of the above James Hickory and his wife, Emma Jane Rider Starr. Susan E. Nuckolis is Susan Elizabeth Starr, another daughter of James and Emma above. Rachel L. could be the daughter of Henry Starr (son of Fields Starr [one of James Starr and Nellie Maugh's sons]and Mary or Polly Reese) and Jennie Lind Starr (daughter of John Walker Starr [brother of James Hickory Starr above] and Rachel Starr [daughter of James Starr and Nellie Maugh]), although I thought her middle initial was J rather than L. You can see how much these Starrs intermarried and it really makes it interesting to sort out! I don't have any idea about who Grace, dau. of JC & LB is. Maybe this will be of help to someone.
