I am not really looking for Henry Stoehr (starr) but for a John Starr, married to a Rebecca circa 1830 Stokes, Co. NC They had a son named Jonathon born 1830, Stokes Co., NC . Jonathon moved to Floyd Co., VA and met and married Zilpha Hylton. They had 10 children: Jesse Hardin Starr, Austin Valentine Starr, Eliza Elizabeth Starr, John Stewart Starr, Solomon Charles Starr, Rebecca Frances Starr, William Emmette Starr, Elmon Floyd, Starr and Mary Nancy Starr. I am a descended through John Stewart Starr, the fourth child. All of the children were born in Floyd, Co. VA John Stewart Starr migrated to Oregon and thats where I was born. John Stewart Starr is my great grandfather. He married Ellen Catherine Weddle of Floyd Co, VA. They had 8 children. PS In your e-mail you typed that Casper Stoehr changed his name to Stoehr.
