Dave, you may already have this but better twice than not at all. The Starr History by Burgis Pratt Starr (1879) page 817 states that Amelia Annette was the dau of Amos B and Eleanor Maria (NOTT) BILLINGS and was born 16 Mar 1841 in Lewis Co NY. This states she was the third wife of William Almaron STARR and they married 16 Nov 1864. Nothing more than names and dates of birth are given on the children, but three others are listed that died as infants, should you not have them. I know the info on these spouses is really what you want, but can't help there, sorry. (I'm new to the list, so will have to catch up with what's going on.
