I have a book written by Glynn Shirley, "Law West of Fort Smith". It was a paperback, priced at $1.95, and my mother picked it up for 75 cents at a second hand book store...I have also seen one of Glynn Shirley's books in a Barnes & Noble or a Books-a-Million store in the History section or the Western section of the store...when I go back to these stores I will check and see if I can find any of them..the book that I have has that the first Bison Book Printing was July, 1968..the second Bison Book Printing May 1969 and the Third Bison Book printing April 1971. There was some information that I was reading in the about the history of the Cherokees and his name was mentioned, so if I can get my brain to work, I will try to remember who had mentioned him in his work...Lynda C.
