Dear Bill, Ellen Starr Summerville( Somerville) was my greatgrandmother. I think she was married twice, so I don't know if Starr vwas her maiden name or her married name from her first husband. She had 6 children, Lilly, Ray, Alan, Bessie, Daisy, and Edna. Bessie and Alan were the only two children who married and had children. Bessie married and divorced John Clare ( Claire), had two children, Thelma( my mother) born 8/20/1911, died 11/4/99 and Edward who died at the age of about 6 months. Bessie died fron the flu epidemic in 1918. Alan had two children, jeanne and Alan. Lilly, Ray, Edna and Daisy raised my mother . All were form Poughkeepsie New York and are buried there. For some reason, I think Ellen Starr's husband's name was either Edward or John. Ellen
