    3. Hi Herb, I want to add my two cents. I descend from Comfort and I may have missed what Starr book you're speaking of...but I have a Higgonson Reprint of "A History of the Starr Family of New England from the ancestor, Dr. Comfort Starr, of Ashford, County of Kent, England, who emigrated to Boston, Mass., in 1635...." (I just love these long titles) by Burgis Pratt Starr published Hartford, Conn 1879. Also, "Early Starrs in Kent & New England" by Hosea Starr Ballou- Boston Starr Family Association 1944 with additions and corrections to the original Starr History. There are also supposed to be a number of supliments, but I only have one, also by B.P Starr. This book is definitely worth having if you are a Comfort descendant.
