    3. Sheri Minard I sent this to your yahoo email site, but don't know if you got it. Besure and let me know if you get this ok. Saw your requests for HELP on the STARR family forum; so living in Fort Smith, AR and also a gggrandson of Starrs from TN and MO, I took the liberty of looking up some stuff for you. FTM CD 006, Marriage Index: Arkansas, 1779-1992 shows Felix Starr married Birdie Wells on December 26, 1900; Randolph County; roll 12; page 0387. I looked further and also found: Randolph County, Arkansas Marriages 1893-1923 by Burton Ray Knotts lists Felix Stark, 22 married Birdie Wells, 20 on December 26, 1900. ( A footnote states that both Felix and Birdie were from Lawrence County but were married in Randolph County.) My comment: It looks as though Mr. Knotts misspelled Felix last name but there is no doubt that this is the correct people. Historical and Genealogical Abstracts from Randolph County, AR Newspapers of 1908 by Burton Ray Knotts. Pocahontas Star Herald, Pocahontas, Randolph Co., AR.
