Jerry, Since I have had a number of requests, (first person will get the original one later) I have left the original copy at the copy shop to be copied. If you would like a copy, I will send you one for the costs of copying and postage. Am not sure what that will be, $20-$25.00, possibly less. I will pick up some of the copies tomorrow and can let you know the exact price, and would estimate about $3.00 for shipping. If you want me to get back to you tomorrow with copy price, I will do so.
