    3. John, That's a great bibiliography. Thanks for listing it. Forewarning on Higginson. It took me about six months to get my order, although they did not charge it to my credit card until the order was complete. They really are photocopies, notes and all. The pages have ink spots on them (printer, not previous owner) and many are printed crooked and with varying margins. Bound well, but printing is not great quality. That being said, I'm delighted to have the actual books (FINALLY!). One county history was originally published in 1857 and has several names underlined in ink...they were my family names! Very weird feeling that the previous owner was connected to my family!
