(can't remember where it came from now). On the front page is says Directory....Stone....Staffordshire. About half way down the page it is headed Tamworth. However the next page is headed Staffordshire....Tamworth....Slater's. It then lists people under professions, addresses etc, some of which is Joseph Hastilow, Hopwas under the heading Gardeners & Seedsmen. Alice Hastilow, Church St, teacher, Grammar School, John Hastilow, Church St, Shopkeeper and James Hastilow Bolebridge St, Taverner of the Jolly Button? I am wondering if anyone can date this please. There are 3 pages of people in Tamworth, so if anyone would like me to check for their ancestors please let me know. Cheers Gwyneth Sydney ****************************** ATTENTION TO ALL:- When replying please remove the details that do not apply to your mail and change the SUBJECT LINE for best useage of ARCHIVED MATERIALS. ****************************** PLEASE keep your Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware software up to date.
