I have found a marriage of Theodosia marrying a William Clayton at Astbury in 1824 as a widow. Theodosia was born in Staffordshire in 1789, Charles was fro Congleton in Cheshire.  They had children in Congleton. Its a bit of a long shot that they got married in Staffordshire.
