    3. Peter .Thanks for replying . It would seem he was working for the Earl in about 1800 . and went to London with the Earl to his London home with Deborah as a maid for the earl`s wife .The Earl`s House was in Belgrave Square London . Godfrey Bradshaw was working for the Earl 1800 and was the witness at Samuel and Deborah`s wedding . You have Bradshaws attending the St. Werburg Derby and we have a Samuel baptized at St. Werburg 23/04/1777 . The 1841 census says no to born Staffordshire and he died 10/03/1850 . All the children were born in Weston under Lizard . I am leaning towards Derby or Warwickshire where a son found his bride there and also a grandson and there were Thompson carpenters there Peter I am grasping at straws for I am hoping a son/grandson descendant will come out of the woodwork . 2 granddaughters descendants only have what I know . Have you looked at London Parish Records on Ancestry? They may have more details on the marriage record. I'd like to see the birthplaces of the children. I'm confused on the timeline. What was he doing in London?. When was he working for the Earl of Bradford? I see his son Samuel married at Weston Under Lizard in 1835, suggesting the family moved back there. Have you found him in 1841 or 1851 census? If he hadn't died, 1851 should give birthplace. By 1861 he'd be over 80, so most likely deceased. Not sure if a death certificate would give parents or birthplace. Another possibility would be to look at submitted trees an Ancestry and Rootsweb. New trees may have been added since your last visit. I'd also recommend going back over sources of all your data. It's amazing what you find on review and why you missed it.
