Thank you, Sian > MacKian > ****************************** Sian - St John's wasn't a church at that time. It came later. The parish church for Longton would have been St Peters in Stoke. However, the three places you mention were not included into Longton until the late Victorian period and before that they were in "Stone area" You may want to Try St Michaels in Stone or the church in Fulford, perhaps Trentham church.
