Hi Peter, Many thanks for your quick replies!! I knew he wouldn't be in 1881, but looked for his parents, and found the Richard/Emma/Mary family. I had been looking for Emily, as I obtained Etnily from R T's Commemoration Certificate from the CWGC website, and did have a doubt about it. I have now found the family in 1911, with Emma as a widow. However I can't seem to find any of the family in 1901. Staffordshire is correct, as I knew they were from there. Thanks also for the marriage details. I hope now that one of our Canadian listers might be able to help with the Canada side of things. Once again, many thanks, much appreciated. Kind regards, Keith
