I just reported it thus: "This image appears to be corrupted - the image as displayed has no visible text and shows no percentage-loaded counter as it loads. "Name: William PAINTON "Date of Birth: 1877 (calculated from age)" There are certain buzz-words you need to use - specifically "the image as displayed", i.e. don't look at your copy of it, get off your @@@@@ and look at _our_ copy. Also "corrupted" hints that there is a reason that their copy and ours is different. Yes, I did work in IT Support and yes, it was utterly galling to get a pedantic person running through the script when you wanted to scream at them "I wrote the £$%^^ program, I know it's wrong and I know where, so stop trying the simple things, unfortunately I need to get YOU to raise a call so I have the authority to fix MY program!"
