I would try the number once again. There is no Holiday in the UK nor the US today. Monday 24/04/2012 was St. George's Day in UK but it isn't considered a public holiday where as no one works. The problem with the "Holiday" recording is nothing new here. It happens to many many others business's when there is a problem or fault on the BT line. I get it occasionally when I call different places myself and find out later, there is a fault on the line. Someone has probably made a mistake and used the "Holiday" recording. Diana
