    3. Hello, I am looking at an assessment of the window tax for the liberty of Waterfall for the year 1782 (in Frances Alice Harvey's excellent book, Waterfall of Yesterday). It lists names and amounts but I realise that I don't actually know what the "Liberty of Waterfall" covers geographically. Can anyone help, please? I also want to say thank you in advance as I am really grateful to all those who share their knowledge so helpfully here. It is really appreciated, not only by me, I'm sure but by many, many others. Helen
