    3. Hi Ann, I was searching and found this site from Hamburg. Don't know if the Koch's came from this area. I know that the earliest Bartholomuesz came originally from Hamburg, and apparently so did a number of DB families. (BTW, I studied with a Jûrgen Koch at Tuebingen University in Germany some years ago. It's a fairly common name and I doubt there's a connection, but it's fun to speculate.) We are probably distanly related as well, as my aunt is a Brohier, another is a Toussant. It's a small DB world ;-) Best regards, Beth http://www.beyond-history.com/beyond-history-english/ ----- Original Message ----- From: Ann Koch To: Dr Beth Leembruggen-Kallberg Sent: Monday, October 02, 2006 1:07 PM Subject: Re: Koch family Thank you Beth I remember 'Bramble Court' so well. It might give you so starting info on the Koch family (although you may have this info already). Beth Leembruggen-Kallberg
