I have this information in "The Story of Kingswood, Kandy" by L.E.Blaze (Principal 1891-1923). E.A.G.Koch attended Kingswood College, Kandy from April 1901 to December 1905. He was later manager and proprietor of Koch's Garage, Galle. Then Honoraray Secretary, Galle Y,M,C,A - 1925-1931 and Director since 1918. R.V.E. Koch attended Kingswood College, Kandy from November 1905 to April 1908. Superintendent of Exercise, Bandarawela. I hope it is of some relevance.
