Hi Beth, My stepdad is Kalenberg (not Kallberg) and his aunt Rachel married Gerald or Gerard Leembruggen. He inquired if you were connected in any way Dylan Modder -----Original Message----- From: srilanka-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:srilanka-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Dr Beth Leembruggen-Kallberg Sent: Tuesday, December 12, 2006 4:25 PM To: srilanka@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [SRILANKA] Nuwara Eliya It's not all that far from the Grand Hotel, down the road a bit, then left, then another left if memory serves. I can't remember any specific landmarks as with your family's holiday cottage and the area has changed alot since we left. We could see Single Tree from the back of the house-- but then lots of people could probably see that from their back gardens ;-) My cousin went to a boarding school where she could look out her window and see us playing in the garden. Does that help? Interesting that the address still remains Lebanon, NE, Sri Lanka, or so it was until 1994.
