Hi Ed, I have had a look (quick) and could not see anything for Richard William Rowlands - I'll have more time on the weekend, but for the 23 April 1888 and 1 month after that date, I could not see any entries. I let you know if I find anything. I noted the suggestion from Anne that the Bedfordshire Library make the Times available, freely, which is excellent - it is a truly wonderful resource. But as I say, I still have a look for you in more detail on the weekend.
