Hello, I am looking for an Alexander Cleland and his wife Martha. Alexander was a planter who probably went to Ceylon in 1844 or so. By 1861 Martha was a widow and back in North Berwick. They had three children born in Ceylon They had three children, all born in Ceylon: David, born 1848, died 11 May 1870 in North Berwick, Scotland, Grace Eliza, born 1849, died April 13, 1920 in Edinburgh, Annie Martha, born 1851, died December 15, 1912 in Edinburgh.
