    3. Hello all, Thought I'd throw this in, in case the names ring any bells with anyone, please: My wife's ancestors included: William Burns Thompson McDonald-Davidson (born c. 1880?) who married Agnes (de Silva?) One of their children was: Alice Davidson (b. 1900, d. 1985) who married Aldrick Oscar de Zilva (b. 1900, d. 1960) We know from there on, but getting info going back is the problem... Thanks, Lindsey ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jill Jelbart" <jilljelbart@bigpond.com> To: <srilanka@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, May 10, 2007 11:53 AM Subject: Re: [SRILANKA] Davidson research > Hi > > I am also researching Davidson's in Ceylon at this point I do not know of > any connection with Andrew or Alexander Davidson & my ancestors James (& > brother John and their descendants) .
