Hello, I am just beginning my search for my Sprigg ancestor. Here is the little I know about them. Mary Jane Sprigg married Alfred Cummins. She was the daughter of Colonel Frederick Sprigg of Scotland. I have no ideal where in Scotland the family resided. I would put their birth years in the 1700's as my grandfather that came to the states, was born in 1809 and these are his maternal grandmother's family.
