He was my 8th great grandfather. I have been putting together a site with my research my family which consists of Meigs and Sprague. have been able to trace part of the Sprague line back to ancient Wales. I am still in ten process of adding the reserach on thenmany branches of the family tree and also looking for information on some of teh exntende branches (the Spragues likes to mutiply so there are family branches form siblings that i haven';t even begun to explore).
