I know they were born in England and came to Youngstown, Ohio with my gg grandfather, Edwin. There was another child named Amelia. Edmund Spragg (spelling then), b.1807-d.1860-9. Sophia Perkins Sprague, b. 1804-11 July 1870. Their son Edwin was born in Charleston Kings, Glos, England. Edwin's son was my ggrandfather, Edmund Alexander, he married my ggrandmother Delphia Davey in Youngstown, Ohio and they moved to Portland, Oregon. You can look at my tree, Welch/Pitty Tree.
