Would he be the one that married Lottie/Lollie Dewoody of PA, daughter of William Dewoody & Eliza (Elizabeth?) Gillespie? I found a J. H. & Lottie Sprague in the 1880 Census in Oregon, he b. OH and she b. PA. Is this James? I am interested in a daughter, Mabel C. Sprague, b. OR, c 1894, that married Earl Arthur Tracy, b. 1887 in Nebraska. They lived in Washington state.
