I can really feel how much love and respect she has for her older brother. It seems to me, as far as the Joseph Sprague children are concerned, that he (W.E.) was the patriarch of the family. She writes that it was W.E. who retained the Sprague lands and continued the Joseph Sprague farming legacy. She also was very close with some of W.E.'s children, which implels me to ask, which one of W.E.'s children was your grandfather? Well, even though I am by namesake a McLaughlin (Warren S.
