Loving father of Connie (Pat) Hiland and children Keri, Brandi and Tyson; Randy (Sue) Sprague and children Justin, Tyler, Garret and Cody; Terry (Joyce) Sprague and children Erin, Evan and Matthew; Adrianne Sprague and son Daniel; and Penny (Jerry) Trent. Great-grandfather of Juliette Marie. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Jake, a resident of Amelia, passed away on August 23, 2011 at the age of 78. A time of visitation will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 7820 Beechmont Ave. in Anderson Township on Friday, August 26 from 12:30 PM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 PM.
