Buell Sprague? I understand that he is from the line of Ralph Sprague, and I am from his brother, William Sprague. My interest in Wm B. began, because of finding his picture in my mother's Sprague family treasures. Now, I'm not 100% sure that my Sprague daguerreotype looks like Wm. B! About 10 years ago, I received a great deal of information from Westminster Presbyterian Church, Albany, NY, about him, If you will give me your mailing address, I will be happy to share this information with you. One more mystery: we have a beautiful silver, antique, candelabra, that is "supposed" to have a connection with George Washington's wife, Martha. The fact that when Wm B, was a student at Yale, and he tutored Martha's sons, at her Woodlawn home, near Mt Vernon.....makes me wonder is this how our family obtained the candelabra??? Julie, Are you talking about Edward SPRAGUE (1576-1614) son Ralph SPRAGUE (1599-1650) and William SPRAGUE (1609-1675)?
