Susan , We have a Ransom Spence in our mess of paperwork here in the Spence- Bluford group. He was born in 1857, a son of Abner Spence, living in Tazewell County. Maybe someone else has a marriage listing. Is this too early to be your Rant ? Carolyn Spence
